As the founder and board leader, she ensures high-quality presentation across all programs and leads the strategic direction of the organization.
Ardra Osbourne
Founder | Creative Director | Choreography & Technique Director | Hip Hop ArtistArdra shapes the artistic and technical foundation of The Ebony Roots & Rhythm Dance Collective. As a founding member and board leader, she plays a key role in creative planning, programming, and cultural integrity. In the studio, she teaches hip hop, and technique with an emphasis on grounded movement, musicality, and expressive storytelling. Ardra sets high artistic standards, guides dancer development across age groups, and ensures that each class reflects excellence, culture, and heart.
