Complete the form below to secure your dancer’s spot for the parent meeting and dancer assessment session on Sunday, January 11, 2026.

Time slots are as follows:

Group 1 (age 5-7) 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Group 2 (age 8-12) 2:00-3:00 p.m.

Group 3 (age 13- 18) 3:00-4:00 p.m.

Official Registration into the Collective will be completed at this meeting.

*Dancers are asked to wear comfortable dancewear suitable for movement, such as a leotard or fitted top with leggings or dance pants, along with appropriate dance shoes or clean sneakers. Hair should be neatly secured away from the face, and jewelry should be avoided. Dancers should also bring a water bottle.*
